  1. Uhhhh. One of bloombergs major accomplishments as mayor was stop and frisk. Big john even touted his 2011 stats. Carry on.
  2. If you guys support mayor bloombergs initiatives thats fine. Why poke fun at people who dont? My heads not in the ground because of my opinion. Im fine with your support of bloombergs policies.
  3. After tpp are we really shocked at anything anymore? But people do have the opportunity (i dont want to say right cause its really not a right) to TRY and immigrate LEGALLY.
  4. I have taken several deer out of cranberry mtn. One buck a a bunch of does. I personally like it but it can get crowded. Im sure you heard it hefore. Get away from the crowd and you shoukd be good. Never hunted the other two.
  5. If I recall correctly there have been threads on that exact topic before. Its real wether people want to believe it or not.
  6. The whole post is about stop and frisk coming down from the federal level. That what the op was about. Why are you explaining the difference between fbi and local cops? You went from suggesting i dont hunt anymore to where hunting licenses come from. I see the point ur trying to make about hunting odds but taking a deer is based on you. Not anyone else let alone the federal govt. idk what hunting licenses had to do With the op. I dont do drugs And like i said in an earlier post I didnt make any remarks to you I just expressed my opinion But if you want to call names and stuff we can both act like kids i guess But ill ask this question again. You are ok with the federal govt expanding stop and frisk nationwide to stop bad guys but not ok with the federal govt expanding background checks on firearms from stopping bad guys?
  7. Yes. Because i do not think the federal govt should have even more power i should give up hunting. Great reasons
  8. You support Mayor Bloomberg and his policies. Thats fine. I just see things differently. To each his own.
  9. Papist. Would you like to comment on this? Maybe Aj is lying? But we both know he isn't.......

IS the NYPD lying about their own stats?
  11. BJ- Here is the problem with that imo. Probable cause can be what? I understand what your saying. And I agree to an extent. But all too often it is nothing more than harassment of innocent people. Look at the statistics of people stopped compared to people charged. When over 90% of people who are stopped, frisked and harassed for doing nothing. I want to know what probable cause are LEO finding? Are they inept at their job? If you failed at your job 90% the time you would be canned tomorrow. I am a realist. I understand there are times that an innocent person will fit the description and detained. But over 90% makes you wonder what the hell is going on. Anyway. Im not ready to hand the federal govt more power to have the right to implement a nationwide stop and frisk. You might trust DT to do the right thing but he won't be president forever and you better be careful who you give that power too.
  12. Im not trolling. But your responses seem to come with some added comments. I can go that route to if you want to act like kids. Stop and frisk is a violation of the fourth amendment. Anyone who will nit make any budges on the second amendment yet will chop up the others has no concept of principals. just as easy as the police can stop and frisk some black kid with a hoodie from a inner city neighborhood for no reason, they can stop stop someone in a pickup with a trump sticker for being a crazed anti govt. militia member based off the assumption that white guys in the country who drive pickups have guns on them. Dont be so quick to give up our rights as a country. Papist is regularly spreading info on the leftists takeover of america Take notice once hillary is elected (if she is) then watch out because you my friend will be on the wrong end of stop and frisk
  13. Ok. Got it. So committing a crime behind the polices back is more acceptable. And we want to know why the morals of this country are going in the shitter.
  14. I wonder why it hasn't resulted in anyone getting stopped? Why is a guy in the corner selling dvds stopped and frisked but a guy cutting grass of the books isnt?
  15. Have you ever worked a job off the books? Ever been paid in cash for something you did and not reported to the IRS? I probably say 99% of us on this website has done one of those things. If so then you're just as much is a criminal as the guy selling DVDs on the corner.
  16. Thats scary to me. They suspect criminal activity? What does that mean? Walking down the street with a bookbag? Having a trump bumper sticker? It literally could mean anything.
  17. Lets toss the 4th amendment out the window or we can modify it some more. Then we can chop up the first and second after that. Sounds good? We need some principals here. The founding fathers were extremely bright. They Bill of rights is in place for a reason. We dont need to be stopped and searched for no reason. This is America baby!!
  18. SO that flew over your heads. Read any of my posts on the topic. I was being facetious. What i said was outlandish right? Invading the rights if americans for some safety. . Yet we as gun owners would never allow this. Yet we are so easy to toss away our other rights for some safety. Where is the principal? You cant say "yes you can invade someones right to privacy Cause the way the look but you cant invade my privacy" Stop and frisk is a violation if our constitutional rights. End of story. If you want a police state then we can be safe. But thats what the bill of rights protects us from. Thats my take.
