  1. I ditched the vest for a hip pack years ago, I found I took out about three times as much stuff as I actually use. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

  9. Just tested the water, 109.8F! Not bad after a three hours in the garage, the outside was absolutely ice cold. Im impressed
  10. Im all about the ASA shoots that are coming, Ill try and make yours for sure
  11. $1,019 This one is actually reasonable https://www.walmart.com/ip/Delta-McKenzie-Hunting-50120-Backyard-3D-Walking-Brown-Bear-Archery-Target/187254762?athcpid=187254762&athpgid=athenaItemPage&athcgid=null&athznid=PWVAV&athieid=v0&athstid=CS020&athguid=d10e2564-a22-1694f2c45e3024&athena=true
  12. Just between the two white dots behind the shoulder, in that dark brown swoosh. That target is massive, I'd love to have one. You could shoot it with field tips for the rest of your life and not wear it out
  13. I got a Yeti knockoff at a conference last year that has a seam in it, that thing doesnt keep things hot at all. The Yeti and Ozark Trail dont have a seam
  14. So I measured it at 12:30, 108.7. Not bad! I just filled it again and got 124.7 to start. I put it out in my garage as thats more typical for hunting temps. I wouldnt last an hour in a tree today
  15. The ozark trail tumblers are every bit as good as the yetis at a third of the cost Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  16. Yes in re-reading your post I see you need a big pack. Id check out bowsite as they have a lot of Western hunters and youll get some solid info
  17. GamePlan Gear Leech. If im packing in a stand it attaches to it, or it has a strap I can just throw over my shoulder. It then wraps around the tree and everything is at the ready
  18. Started a new thread since we hijacked @Rob.... I thought I'd test this bottle I won the other night as it seems perfect for taking coffee or soup on a hunt. I just filled it with tap water at 117.1 F, I'll check it again in a few hours. Ive been looking for a "travel mug" I could fill with coffee and throw in my pack and not worry about it leaking, if this keeps liquid reasonably hot for a few hours it will be ideal. After I check it at noon I will fill it again and put it outside as a test https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-Trail-24oz-Vacuum-Insulated-Stainless-Steel-Water-Bottle/907027011?athcpid=907027011&athpgid=athenaItemPage&athcgid=null&athznid=PWVUB&athieid=v0&athstid=CS020&athguid=b5474935-717-1694e3ea061fa3&athena=true
  19. Mine says "Caution beverages remain hot for several hours" on it. I just filled it with tap water and took a reading: 117.1. Ill check it again this afternoon. (Yes, I work from home lol)
  20. Have you had a hot drink in the bottle? does it stay hot?
  21. https://www.amazon.com/Browning-3220160-Ignite-Knife/dp/B018LI4RH4 I won this knife at a banquet a couple years ago, it makes a heck of a spark very easily
  22. Allied on Clinton. Zach Eichel made the decision to lay up lmao
  23. 41 yard grizz across a gully, this is always the best shot in the entire league Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  24. I won a camping basket last night with a lot of that cheaper stuff but it all looks pretty decent, I will put it to good use Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
