  3. I have three bears, all from August and their coats are thick. The New Brunswick one is much thicker than the Ontario bears but they are still great coats
  4. From the ground will be pretty intense, I would like to do that next time I go. Not that they cant be up that tree in the blink of an eye though lol

  9. Gogama Lodge in Ontario and Juniper Lodge in NB. Always Fall hunts
  10. It made sense to me after a couple unsuccessful trips. Their stands have been in the same spots for years. Bears are smart critters, like pigs.
  11. I've gone a few times. One thing I recommend is bring your own hang on stand and sticks and set it up opposite the outfitters permanent stand. A bear will sit just out of range/sight and stare at those stands that have been there forever. And the best bug suit you can afford plus a thermacell! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Ok I'm sorry I was just curious, and now Im going to try it. On your birthday
  13. Does he hold the trigger and pump to rapid fire it? I'd always heard you could do that with a Mossberg but was too chicken to try it
  14. I've had a $100 bushnell trophy on my slug gun for at least 16 years, for a cheap scope it's really held up. Although I have to admit I rarely shoot it, just sighting in and hunting. It probably doesn't have 100 shots through it
  15. I used to have a special Guinness spoon for pouring them but the back of any tablespoon will do, just pour slow. And be sure to draw a shamrock in the foam!
  16. Thats where I'll be this 3/17
  17. I just chill at the bar, put out the vibe
  18. Yes, Bill sold and moved to Florid. Its definitely a senior citizen paradise from 4-7!
  19. That slope will be covered up in fluke when the tide changes!
  20. I had the Fishin Buddy before Humminbird bought them. It was fine for what i wanted, depth and countour
