Actually great, I’ve noticed it takes a lot less food to make me feel full. I will say the first week is tough you almost get sick as your body learns to burn fat for energy instead of sugar. I love this thread but god it’s killing me. I just started a Keto diet two weeks ago, no carbs for me. I saw crappies picture of the pizza and drooled on the floor. Great series, I watch it at least once a year. When my grandpa was alive I use to love talking to him about the war. He served from North Africa all the way through the Italian campaign. Participated in two beach landings and the capture of Rome. I have his dog tags and all of his metals in my gun safe.
