Hit some DEP land near me and came across some tracks. Followed to a brushy area and bolted two does. They ran for 30 yards or so and stopped. I dropped down and crept in but the lead doe took off. The second hung and I shouldered my gun against a sapling. She was behind some trees so I could only see her head and a bit of neck. Wasn't feeling that shot so I waited but as I resettled, I snapped a twig and she ran. That little 30 minute track and moment felt great.

Nice. I rehung one of my grandfather’s hammers and used it to put a new roof on a garage. Told my 17-year-old nephew that it would be his someday and he looked at me blankly. “What would I do with a hammer?”

Actually it does. The votes are in. The thing is, generally the republicans did okay, so this was a referendum on Trump himself and 81,283,495 people voted against him. Seven million more than supported him. Trump lost bigly.

I have a week and if I’m lucky I’ll get one deer, so it’s a moot question really, but I think the DEC needs to make this much easier to understand.

Maybe if I'm lucky enough to score I'll just plaster the deer with every tag to be safe. I think my confusion stems from the Bow/ML tag. If you purchase: Hunting License -- You will receive a Regular Season Deer Tag. Muzzleloading or Bowhunting Privilege*-- You will receive a Bow/Mz Season Either Sex Deer Tag. Muzzleloading and Bowhunting Privilege*-- You will receive one Bow/Mz Season Either Sex Deer Tag and one Bow/Mz Season Antlerless Deer Tag, both of which may be used in either season Does 3. mean you get two deer with either weapon or one with each? In other words, shoot a big buck in early bow and you have to use the Either Sex tag. When ML season comes you only have an Antlerless tag to use. But if you haven't scored, can you shoot two deer on the B/ML tags with a ML. I have had a few glasses of wine tonight. @Kmartinson Jump in!

@ATbuckhunter Thanks, but I'm seriously confused. I'm using just a ML. A) I can shoot an either sex (buck or doe) and use that ML tag. I can shoot an antlerless (doe or antlerless male) and use that ML tag. C) I can use the regular season tag for either sex. The question is can I use all three (A+B+C) or just one (A or B or C)?

Okay, last stupid tag question. I have been batting zero so I have all my tags - regular, bow, ML and a DMP for an area I won't get to. Assuming my luck changes, what tags/weapons can I use in the coming weeks?
