I use Sawyers Permethrin religiously every spring. Unfortunately , I didn't use it during bow season years ago and contacted Lyme disease. Sometimes I can feel them biting me and other times I can't. The worst part is when I find one imbedded in me and I have to ask my wife to remove it with a pair of tweezers and a magnifying glass. She flips out and starts screaming how disgusting it is. I bet I've dug out more than a dozen of them in me in the last 20 years or so. It usually itches like hell after I remove them and always get a rash ( see photo). I always have bloodwork done every year to check for Lyme along with the usual diagnostic blood testing.

I get a wide variety of songbirds as I feed them year round. The most common ones are : starlings , pigeons , grackles , woodpeckers , chickadees , cardinals , blue jays , sparrows , doves and turkeys. Other visitors are : deer , squirrels , coons , and chipmunks. The coolest looking bird I've seen was an Indigo Bunting.

Great NBA player......died yesterday from Parkinson’s disease. He was 79.

Yeah , the Ox was good ! Saw him play Boris The Spider and My Wife years ago.

You wouldn't think they sound as good as the original line up but they do . Zak Starkey ( Ringo's son ) has been drumming for the Who longer than Keith Moon did , although not in the same category but close. Still one of the best live acts in rock-n-roll imo. If your a Who fan , you wont be disappointed. I'll be seeing them at MSG on 5/13/19.....can't wait.

I asked her to fill the birdfeeder yesterday. She almost got run over. Lol
