With similar needs, I opted for the .308. Usually I hunt deer with the 150 gr Whitetails, but may have to field 165 gr Nosler's after this 3 shot group. Pretty sure I pushed the last shot right because I was puzzled, "Where did my second shot go?"

First sit of the year, finally! Hunting a spot of land next to a cemetary of all places. Had 4 spooky does flank me and come around my 6, but gave them a pass. It's been dead since. -
Downtown LP for some brews and BBQ. Started off with some Second Fiddle and the local UBU ale. But hey, the night is still young.

Wholeheartedly agree that we should have our choice, but TP does offer NY legal xbows in their Wicked Ridge line. I picked up the WR Warrior Ultra Lite and saw no reason to spend double or triple the money on TP's Ravin-like xbows. Each will kill a deer just as dead.

Not great, not terrible, but it is a new-to-me beer.

Ugh, disappointing. Quality will suffer if it just sits on store shelves. I'll keep slowly working through the rest of my stash.
