  1. Cute little cat. You honestly think that cat/yote is even close to 40lbs?
  2. Who's going this year? I'm planning on going Saturday 3/7 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Dirt Nap Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I accepted the $145k offer, but until the contract is finalized others can see the place. Considering I'm getting married in June, the first pool party will either be MDW or July 4th depends on when we get furniture etc. unfortunately, my fiancé loves Ethan Allen and that stuff takes 10-12 weeks to make and I don't want to order till we know our closing sate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. If it is a lion, its a really young/small one because that creature in the pic isn't cracking 32lbs.
  6. Got the potential buyer up to $145k! not bad so far for less than 1 week.
  7. Update: Just received an offer for $135k from a qualified buyer (20% down, low debt ratio, good credit scores, etc.), but I'm holding out for more. Will see what he comes back with.
  8. Depending on the laws in NJ, yes. I'm not aware of what their laws are but that may have been the issue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Why was it in his glove compartment? Was he on his way to/from the shooting range ? When I travel with my pistol, I put it in a plastic carrying case in the trunk. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. By the way, how big were the tracks? Did you take a pic of something as reverence next to the track? That would have been the easiest answer. Even the biggest bobcat track is smaller than a young lion traxk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Even when I zoom in, I don't see a long tail. Here's my average 120lb lion, look at how long the tail is, there would be no missing a tail like this. Your pic looks a lot more like a smaller version of a bobcat like this Even an average lion is over 6-7 feet from nose to tail....you think the cat in your pic is that big? Looks more like 3-4' to me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Looks clearly like a bobcat to me. I don't see a tail whatsoever. Looks like a 25-30lb cat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Lol yea I got one last year. Let me try to find it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I would bet there are more pet monkeys and/or alligators in NY than Mt. Lions in NY.
  15. "It should be noted that at the suggestion of her husband, Matrosova recently significantly increased her life insurance policy."
  16. Lol. If you were a BC guide you would feel completely different. Thanks for the tags!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
