Boats registered to a spot on a reservoir are renewed every 2 or 4 years for free. You used to be able to transfer boats to another person for a price. Some spots have 10,15,20 year waitlists so people pay $3-$5K for prime spots. After June 30th you can’t sell/transfer a boat spot. So you gotta wait on waitlist till your name is called. But again, it could be 20 years. So anyone know what the reason is for this type of regulation?

I Like others have said like the action of small game hunting, less waiting around ,more shooting . I think if you take out the food and trophy part of big game hunting . The poll would be more to the small game side of things, I suspect.

I saw a chipmunk attack a small rabbit today it jumped up and went right for the neck . Never seen that before was it a territory thing or was that chipmunk actually trying to kill and eat that rabbit which still had to be 3 times the size of it . Pretty crazy

Definitely to me it seems like a crime what they are doing if technically it is or not I have no idea but someone in the legal community should be looking into this seriously and start changing laws if needed or Inforcing the laws that are already on the books no other country on earth would let this happen . This country is going to become a dictatorship if this kind of stuff keeps happening who is going to trust elections anymore?

Good point did not even think of that those licenses will look exactly like a real one so what's to stop these illegals from voting here now ? They should be sued for this . I hope someone is working on that as we speak . It's also a way to make it easier for the illegals to infiltrate upstate NY as up there you definitely need a car to get around . If they can get them to move upstate and voting up there they can corrupt elections even worse then they already have .

Since you have seen many of them are most of them big smokers and drinkers by any chance? if they are looks like it's more of a pattern of not taking care of themselves going on there , going from one high to a better high , then just someone helplessly becoming a victim . There is a problem in this country of people being overly medicated in general and looking for a pill for every little problem they have . Kids act up give him a pill to calm him down ,have a little cold take a pill any problem take a pill . Nobody in the world goes to doctors as much as we do . And the doctors say yes maybe way to often when patients ask for more pain medications .

I don't know the answer there has always been a segment of the population that is self destructive maybe education at a early age about the dangers of those drugs. could help I think once there on that crap most the time its to late.

This is something the supreme court has not ruled on yet . This site is not the same as Facebook its topic specific hunting . Facebook markets its self as a place everyone can hangout like a public park . I'm not saying you are wrong but I'm not saying you are right .its something that really has not been settled yet because the platform is so new . Facebook is more like the internet itself in ways .

Streets, parks, and sidewalks are considered open topublic discourse by tradition and are designated as traditional public forums. one can make the case , Facebook is the same as a public street or park in which case you can say what ever you want . Facebook trys to have it both ways they don't want to be sued if someone does something on there, they say we are not a publisher but a public platform then when they don't like something that a user says they go the other way and say they are a private company.
