Thank you. Al Bundy Thats another thing that house has been broken In to already 2 times Maybe I should have mentioned it at the beginning of this post . and so has my Neighbors so of course I'm going to worry about it and so would you if it was yours .

Bothered my neighbor enough to text me and send a picture. As far as laying claim to it . What else should I think ? The dock is already f up that is all I need someone illegally using it to further the damage. Unless I do it myself cost 7 k to make a new one .

The Boat was gone later that day my neighbor said so no luck this time lol But I know a guy who has a beach rental business. And some of the kayaks he has actually just washed up on on shore after a big storm and he took possession of them lol It happens.

After enough time yea with the proper paperwork. Obviously you have to try to find the owner warn them give them notice.

Even here its trespassing. And I know down south same Private Property Riparian Rights Riparian (shoreline) landowners are afforded certain rights by virtue of their proximity to public waters. For example, they have the right to seek a permit from the state to use the underwater lands in front of their property for placement of a boat dock or mooring. As with any private property, landowners have the right to access their own property, including the shoreline.

I noticed the squirrels seem to hang out in the general area of deer also . Don't know if that is for protection more then likely its because they both like feeding on nut producing trees .

You can easily buy fabric marker or paint and draw some break up camo pattern on any solid orange hunting clothing you buy . Did that on a orange hat and a vest I had one time . I saw one guy paint a jack-o'-lantern face on his orange vest one time pretty funny

Neighbor just text me said boat is gone now . He didn't see who it was strange .

Not to mention he'd have to trespass to even get there from land. Unless he got on another boat strange .

If it was a emergency no problem law of the sea . If it wasn't a emergency problem . Dock space is not free anywhere and that's not a public dock . I'm thinking a breakdown or kids going on joyride with a stolen boat or perhaps my Gardner decided to use it with out my permission. Will see what happens. I need to get some cams over there I think now .

Yea probably something like that breakdown or it came loose who knows . I Don't live there so the neighbor was just watching out for me. Will see what happens more then likely it will disappear by tomorrow if I had to guess . Wondering if for what ever reason can't track down the owner if you can keep it . be nice hehehe
