    I’ve got thousands of them. Sugar beets etc. starting to fill out too. I am in lake plains region with great soil. We have been experiencing a good drought here and the last day and a half rain we got kick started the growth.

    57 yds is a no go for me. Had one 15yds this morning. But being patient as lots of time and looking to shoot some does as season progresses.

    @Biz-R-OWorld yup from the ground blind. I have 5 set up on edges of field. Different winds food sources etc. 7 tree stands too so plenty of options.

    Good luck In the morning and this season. It’s great to see you letting him hunt I did the same when my son started when he was 14. We had a great time and still talk about it now. My son is 32 and is meeting me here in the morning to go. Hope you get to do the same with yours for many years to come. Good hunting

    Checking on installation of windows. Going well. Pulled card next to path where they are working and the state inspector 4 pt paid a visit to the worksite. Luckily we were all masked up and socially distracted......until tomorrow
