Anyone hunting Ithica area.....

our daughter just called and on West Jersey Hill Rd ......she hit a huge 12pt buck.....Lucky for us he was a tad fast getting across the road as she was leaving her tires on the pavement and was only bumped by the drivers side panel behind lights...Then had several doe and fawn cross a half mile farther down the road....cool air has them moving and feeling better I'm sure ...less deer flys

My camp is about 20 miles east of there. There is quite a bit of public lnad down there to hunt. Good bucks taken around there every year.

I got invited to go up there this year and archery hunt. The landowner says that the field out back has a minimum of 20 deer in it each evening. Looking forward to hunting a new spot.
