Man commits suicide while handcuffed??

Overheard this story on CNN news, black male was found dead in the back of a police car and the say he committed suicide while handcuffed. Very weird sounding story to me I really can't see how this could be possible. Sounds like murder, anyone else see or hear about this!!

Anderson Cooper of CNN reported, young black man shot while in police custody in Jonesboro Arkansas. Jonesboro police say the young man shot himself in the head. Victim’s mother said police killed her son.

The entry womb was to the right of temple of the victim’s head. According to the police, the victim shot himself while handcuffed. Police insist that the young man shot himself in the head. A 380 automatic pistol was used in the shooting.

According to CNN, Ms. T. Carter, victim’s mother said her son was left handed and he had spoken o his girlfriend prior to his arrest. That does not seem like anyone suicidal.

The police cars at the scene were equipped with cameras but were positioned back- to- back therefore the cameras were not in a position to take pictures. The body was taken from a police car to the hospital; therefore, the crime scene was altered.

Carter was arrest on a $10 bag or marijuana. FBI is looking into the matter. The FBI will determine if the victim’s shot was suicide or homicide. The FBI website reports, among the single bias hate-crime incidents, 70.0 percent were victims of offender’s anti-black bias, which is more than any other ethnic group. So the cops shot/murdered a hand cuffed suspect while he was in custody and in the back of a police car???? Thats it??? "Lets just kill him, in the back of my car, leave him there , and no one will know it was us" REALLY???? WOW? I'm sure there is no other expaination.
