PWGUNNY
One thing for sure with that story, there's a lot missing from it. Not the best reporting job.
covert
Am familiar with the area, familiar with the names involved, have seen the trailer. All are pretty squirrely. The condition of the trailer would explain why he was sleeping outside.
HuntOrBeHunted
Authorities say a 35-year-old central New York man has been charged with attempted murder after he shot at three people, wounding one of them. State police say Jesse Wilcox, his wife and his stepfather went to Albert Nellenbach's home in the rural Oneida County town of Ava early Sunday morning to look for Jesse's brother. The looked around Nellenbach's home and left. They later returned and found Nellenbach in a sleeping bag in the trees along his property. Troopers say as the three approached Nellenbach, he jumped up and opened fire with a .22-caliber rifle. Wilcox was hit three times. He's in stable condition at a Syracuse hospital. Nellenbach was charged with attempted murder and assault. He's being held in the county jail on $50,000 bail. It couldn't be determined if he had a lawyer.
