The company I lease through still has a few leases available, mostly in the NZ.

Limestone Ridge properties

I'm suprised, economic times are indeed tough. Usually by this time all available leases are inked.

Disclaimer; I am not affiliated or employed by said company. But I will say the guy I do business with there, Eric, has been an honest guy to deal with.

Thanks for the heads up...I saw this yesterday and locked up a small lease. It was perfect for me...small but intent was to take pressure off of another nearby lease. Worked out perfect for me. I wish Eric had more close by...I thought his pricing was reasonable.
