First-light
Have today off will be leaving in an hour. Looking at some investment property in Corning, actually having it inspected, then off to the cabin. Just signed a deal for a wood stove from B and D partners in Howard. Dave gave me a great deal that couldn't be passed up. Will be installed on the 26th just in time for bow season, hope it needs to be fired up! Checking cams, cutting fire wood and cleaning up the place. I'll post any new picts on Sunday. Had a dream about bear pictures last night, we shall see! Brother picked up for 15 bucks a nice gun rack, wood with two deer legs, I'll put that up also. I have a nice flint lock to display.

Deerthug
Enjoy! The woodstove is wonderful! I have a Vermont Castings in my house on LI for 18 years now. Have it going from end of October through beginning of April non-stop. Saves a $hit load of money on oil!

First-light
Thanks guys! Just got back. The cams didn't have anything great on them. The clover plot had 8 pictures some doe and a fawn still with spots. It did have two bucks a small 6 pt and a tall crotch horn. The other can had a turkey and some doe. We did get the firewood done between the downpours on Saturday. In the evening we watched a nice 6 pt and a bunch of doe in my back field. The house inspection went well so things are looking up! I can't wait to retire and spend all my time up there.................off to NYC tomorrow morning.
