I am a small game hunter for 22 years and I just found this site. I can't wait to read and tell hunting stories and share info. with fellow hunters. I am a shotgun enthusiast, and I have a collection of all the gauges of Ithaca M37. I hunt with the new 28 gauge I bought in 2009, love that lil' sweetheart !

Hi, Guns&ReligionCop. I live in Fishkill, and I hunt squirrel and turkey in Putnam and Dutchess Co. Most of my hunting is for cottontail in Washington Co. I would say grouse also, but my bird shooting is too pathetic to call it hunting LOL.

saw two bunnies while out deer hunting this eve......... to bad i dont have a ruger single six in 22 lr (my dream revolver, one just like grandpa has) i had gr8 opportunitys for shots but i was DEER hunting and a 150 gr 308 bullet is slightly overkill lol

Welcome. Only tip I have for rabbit hunting is with a quiet gun at 1 hr or so before dusk. They cone out to play around then.
