Guy shoots his own hand at Nassau Range

Guy trying to clear obstruction in his .22 bolt action rifle shot himself in hand. I guess he didnt follow the rules - keep muzzle downrange, assume rifle is loaded, etc....or get help from range officer?

Guess not. To shoot yourself is bad enough but to shoot yourself in the hand with a rifle???? Im trying to imagine how that happened.

i can tell u how it happened he put his hand over the end and happened to pull the trigger! lol sure sounds bad tho

Anyway...dumb. It's a bolt action. Just remove the bolt and clear from the back.
