stink'n winch!!

We're due for a ton of snow, in the next couple days, and of course the winch on my ATV just crapped out, which means I can't use the plow. @@#$!%$&&!!!!!

That sucks!! I have the badlands atv 3000k winch and love it.Cheap and works great.My friend also grabbed one after he smoked his warn and says he likes the badlands better than the warn.

How is the battery? when my battery goes bad the winch won't work even when the ATV is running.

Battery is brand new, it died the day I was leaving for hunting camp (OF COURSE!!), and had to be replaced. The winch is a Polaris winch and I heard they had big time problems with them, plus its just about 6 years old. Time for a new one I guess, just bad timing.

Just wondering if a non Polaris winch fit in the existing mounts??
