Flu Shot?

When my kids were younger I got many more colds and coughs. Flu shots weren't invented then.....<grin>

I never have gotten a flu shot until last year. I was sick more when I got the flu shot then when I have not gotten the flu shot. No flu shot this year or ever for me.

Get one every year, as soon as I see them available. Long term damage to the cardio vascular system caused by the flu, is way worse than the initial flu symptoms.

My Dr never mentioned it at my Oct appt. and I never gave it another thought...but I will not go shopping with out using wipes and hand sanitizer...I have little exposure to other ppl so colds worry me...beside eeewwww...who know were everyone elses hands have been....
