A tommy-gun? ..... Really? .... This guy had a tommy gun? For crying out loud, do you know what kinds of stringent background checks and red-tape that are required for possession of a fully automatic weapon? If he got that gun through the system, then back ground checks are a joke. If he got it through other means, then that just shows you that anybody can get anything regardless of what their background is. if you cannot keep full-auto weapons out teh hands of the insane, then you can't keep anything out of their hands.

Regardless, this guy should never have been sold a gun. This right here is proof that the system is flawed, and they should worry more about enforcing the laws on the books than creating more that only affect those of us that are legal gun owners.

and from past news casts, you are expecting the media to know the difference between a full auto vs a semi auto??? lol thats funny
