robw
Glad these guys made it through the season.....next year... Ignore date on first 2, sometimes the wind shakes the batteries loose in the camera and it resets the date / time. All the pics are between christmas and Jan 15, 2013. Camera is set up ~ 100 yds away from my patio in 9A in an abandond vineyard Used a Wildview Extreme 2 camera - cheap but does ok Also had this guy in Dec, never saw him again after this pic, hope he's out there - in 9P Edited January 27, 2013 by robw
ants
Cool pics. ....I occasionally hunt a friends land in Hammondsport that boarders Bully Hill Winery. Every buck I have shot down there had groove marks ground into its antlers, from rubbing against the vineyard wires while feeding on the grapes. It's pretty cool. That last buck will be a bruiser next year, if he made it. Edited January 27, 2013 by ants

HectorBuckBuster
I have found a dead buck that got tangled up in a old abandoned vineyard before.

robw
Thanks folks. This is step one in my off season scouting, seeing what made it through the season. I'll keep the cams out till the antlers drop, then put them back in May. That vinyard tends to have a lot of turkeys in it, and I get pics of them as well, but they never stand in the middle of the frame for me Turkeys are on the left edge of the pic
