Big gulp ban on hold?

I walked into the house a little while ago and caught the tail end of a news report on the radio. I think I heard that Bloomber's big soda ban was shot down or at least delayed?? Couldn't find anything on it.

Anyone hear?

Its all over the internet. Its true. Now if the courts strike down the SAFE Act then we know the court system is working.

Yeah I found it. I think I typed in "soda brand" when I first looked. Mayor McCheese must be pissed.

Fingers crossed on SAFE. Its nothing but arbitrary but this is New York.

The striking down of the sugary drink deal bodes very well for the striking down of the SAFE act. I wont be surprised at all if we see the courts issue an injunction just before SAFE takes real effect in a few days.
