Im gonna try to make some useing ground venison.Here is the recipe 1sliced onion 2tbsp butter 1 pound ground venison 1 egg beaten salt and pepper to taste.In large skillet cook oinoin in mellted butter untill tender remove in large bowl mix egg and venison form into patties cookpatties until browned both sides stir in 1 jar of gravy 2tbsp.kethup and 1 tsp soy sauce cover and simmer until patties are done.Serve over your favorite rice/noodles and enjoy

This meal was great I will never buy frozen/freezzzer queen again.I used Mushroom gravy,also ground up whole backstrap very lean.
