Non-Resident?

  I have a question that i have been thinking about after my family has been looking into land to be purchased either in the WNY region or Pa border region.  If we were to buy land in Pa would we be consider a Resident or Non-Resident of Pa?

Non -resident unless you move there and change over all of your ID's and status.

Yeah , I think you would have to live there 6 months + to be considered a resident .
