Venison Donation

Does anyone participate to the venison donation (they feed the hungry), if they have extra meet?

If I shoot 3 deer in a season, the third gets donated. If I get #4, that goes in the freezer, then any after that get donated as well.

My wife and I don't really need anymore than 1 deer a year, so I have neighboring people that I generally try to get a deer for. Actually, I've been doing that for quite a few years now. They need the help so excess venison goes to them. However for those that don't have any local people that need that kind of help, the venison donation program is a great thing.
