Power Line Hunting

Unrelated to hunting powerlines, but I thought this was a funny pic I got last month. The funny part to me at least, is the powerlines are at least 200yds away from where these guys decided to blaze a new trail through the timber at several points. It's not my property, but apparently if they hit a "detour" along their right of way, that gives them the right to make a new access road. They've been cutting down brush and limbs along this stretch since last winter so some of the new roads they've created are getting pretty worn.

your grammar hurts my brain.

- I stated 3 times that it doesn't seem to matter as many hunt the lines near me without issue. But I know from talking with guys at RG&E, and perhaps every area and spot is different. But, anything you do, whether it's riding a sled or hunting near a line could land you in hot water if the big bad power company believes it may affect the integrity of their property (powerlines). For example, they're worried you would climb a pole, hit a pole with your atv or hit a pole with a bad shot. If you think you'll win that battle if they choose to fight it, then go ahead.

Well I guess that is why through  landowners and the power companies agreement along with local ATV and snowmobile club there is a trail system on the power lines here.  You really got to be careful about those deer walking on the lines, make sure you dont shoot out an insulator or the deer gets tangled up there and you have to climb the pole to recover it.   By the way about your constant grammer bashing, I highly doubt there are too many on here that really care its a forum.  Saying it over and over is really working out well for you huh?

when you argue with me, but can't use the grammar of a 4th grader, then it instantly hurts your argument. And if you don't believe there aren't some morons out there taking wild shots at running deer that might hit something or ricochet into something than you haven't watched the news or read the annual DEC report involving hunting related shootings.

If you want to act like the grammar police, you might try cleaning your own grammar and spelling up first.

LMAO there is no arguement from me, but why do you insist to attack people when you feel a little pressure to your responses? You should very well go back and read what you write before you attack any one else about grammar.  Way to kill another thread with useless responses.  Congrats to you and your impeccable grammer skills.  Shall we get back to the reason this thread was started and quit the petty useless crap?
