hunting tomorow morning....any tips?

You should try to get in there before sunup to atleast listen for them to gobble on the roost. Don't go walking out through the field when it's light out, they might be roosting on the field edge. If it's raining out they might head for that field to eat bugs and they feel safer out of the noisy woods.

I would get there early and listen for gobbles. Go after 1 if you get the chance, you can always sit the field edge later. The birds may show you their route to the field so you know how to set up on them the next time. good luck and shoot straight.

went out yesterday, took a youngster, heard 1 bird across the road, couldn't get close without a long walk so I tried to call him across the road. No luck, called in a hen, it was a beautiful day, sorry I couldn't make it happen for this first timer.
