Leupold Binocs

I have a pair of Leupold Cascades that seem to not focus for some reason,has anyone ever sent a product back to Leupold for repairs.If so how was there service.

Call them. I sent back a scope because the focus ring would barely turn. They sent me a new one. Customer service was good.
