Tore my biceps tendon a week ago in my left arm.  A week before bow season opener too,... sucks.  Job related injury, too.  I need to retire.  Looks like I will be handgun hunting only this season.  Hopefully my Blackhawks will take care of business this season.

Awe damn! Unfortunate as it is, just make sure you let it heal right. Hang in there.

What type of treatment are you getting? The majority of the time bicep tears are left alone and you regain full function. If surgery is needed usually it is snipped completely instead of reattached... Brett Favre played a few years after he had torn his biceps and had it snipped completely.

Thanks,....  What you need to do and what you want to do are sometimes miles apart.

Its fully torn at the shoulder and needs to be operated on.
