bow hunting halloween weekend

Any one else have a bad week before halloween this year by not seeing  deer an being to hot out?

I was out last Sat. and Sun. and then again on Tues.  and Only saw deer on Sat.  One in the morning and 3 that evening.  It was quite hot out though.  I don't have to walk to far to get to my stand but I was sweating when I got there.  Its suppose to be pretty cool this weekend and I'm really looking forward to it.

the movement by me latly has been generally slow. up until Sat morn, with signs of bucks responding to bleets and estrus. i really hope things start to take a turn for the better and heat up! (action in the woods) not the weather lol

yeah i hope this weekend turns out to be a good one hopefully the bigger bucks start to push some doe around. let the action begin.

I have seen 4 bucks the last 3 days plus does and fawns. Just small bucks though so far. This weekend should be good if the wind is not too bad.

The annual scrape that I've been watching has been seeing night action only!  Next to it is a 5" dia. tree all torn to shreads.  I don't know where the does are - it's like they've disappeared.  It's gotta' be this weekend!

my father has been out the past few days. he has been seeing a bunch of smaller bucks. Wed. night he saw a realy nice 10 pointer in the field with 2 does. this weekend should be good for us.
