Member Title Question

I'm wondering how / when a "Member Title" is changed. Not that Newbie hunter is a bad title, it just feels equivalent to the company you work for hiring a new manager 1/2 your age, fresh out of college and who you are told to train. LOL

You can change it yourself in your settings. Can't remember where off the top of my head and I can't access it at the moment on my phone.

It changes with post count too, never touched mine.
