letinmfly
I was visiting my parents tonight and my dad was showing me this year's license he received in the mail. On the actual License Privileges tag it says Lifetime Sportsman License. Being it's a Sportsman license it should still include fishing as a privilege. Assuming that it does, my question is, what is the time period that the fishing license is valid for? Is it still Oct.1-Sep.30 or is it one year from the date the license was issued? I purchased my licenses the other day and the fishing license has a one year expiration from the day it was purchased. Just trying to get clarification. Thanks in advance. Elmo
I believe it's from Sept 1st to August 31st now but they will honor last years license as well till it's end date if there is any overlap. biggamefish
Fishing license are good from the date purchased for a year. So if you buy it in march 10th it is good untill march 9th the next year. Hunting is going to be sept 1st through august 31st NEXT year.
