growalot
The property should fill right up with deer in the next week or two. the clover fields that got sprayed with manure...driving the deer to us...have recovered...deer disappeared as soon as it did...Well the farmer just came up and RR all of the clover fields...and they are cutting corn like mad..which means slim pickings for those with out plots and mast trees...do will head to the food and water...bucks will follow

WNYBuckHunter
I saw some corn fields cut up my way yesterday. Feels early for that. Most of them are still green.
growalot
Green chopped silage...and now many are fighting a quick leaf drop on the soybeans so they have to time every thing just so. We have one field backing up to us the corn has been brown for 2 weeks and it hangs upside down with the husks hanging loose...My corn grew better than I thought...had to walk the fence line replacing old posted signs with the metal ones...lots of big ears for a late planting. deer haven't hit it hard but as soon as every thing is chopped ..,.you know where I'll be!
