Looking for someone to trap land

Hey Guys,

I have a camp located in the general vacinity of Gouverneur, NY.  We're looking for someone to trap following deer season - any takers?  Anyone know somebody that could help us?  We have a pretty good population of coyote, bobcat, and fox along with way too man beaver and muskrat.  I know beaver's can bring in a pretty penny, and we can several dam systems that run through our property.

I would check a trapping site or a fur buyer site and see who would be interested. Good luck because there are not many more trappers left. I love it as a kid.

I live in evans mills and i know of a guy that traps and he lives in philly.He is trustworthy and a very good trapper.It also helps that he is a watertown police officer....Give me a pm if you would like his number!!!!!

Mr. Martin, there are more trappers than you realize. We are not well recognized as other forms of sportsmen.

      Hey mr. nycoyotehounds,

          thanks for your input. its good to hear there are still alot of trappers. I personnally have enjoyed trapping in my younger years and learned many things out there. If I had the time, I would love to get back into it. It stinks trying to balance work,girlfriend and outdoors playing in the woods.

I here ya Martin. I have been working 14hr shifts starting at 4am. I get up at 2am to run my trap line. I think alot of trappers just stay out of the spotlight so they are not seen or heard. If you check out ny trappers proboard, you will find a numerous group of trappers in NY.

I am already a member. Thanks. i will have to find womeone in dutchess county that wants my fur. That is if I get any this year.
