New Flintlock

I went to Dixon's muzleloading shop in PA this lat week and brought home another flintlock. A TVM 45 cal. Pennsylvaina Rifle. I had to promise my wife this would be my last flintlock.

Looks like a beauty.  Do you travel to PA for the flintlock season each year?  Although it has been many years since I've done it I sure did enjoy it when I made it down.  Only killed two or three but hey......those guns were a PIA....

I go to PA (Gettysburg) every year, but I have yet to hunt the flintlock season down there. I would really like to make this year my first.

What do rifles like that usually run? A customer has a few he would part with but I didn't know a fair price to offer

Bowslinger - it has 1:60 twist for roundball

 

kot2b - Anywhere from $1200-2000 dollars. all depends what you want on the rifle. Patch box, detailed engraving, ect. I personaly like the humble apperance.
