Brownsville Deer Pantry Opening Day

Today was the first day they started feeding and it did not take long to get customers.

They changed it quit a bit this year. Spent a lot of coin doing it. Where do they get the funding for it?

Their youtube channel has well over 100000 subscribers and it is heavily watched, so I would say they are getting pretty good money just from that but they also receive donations from viewers.

I see one of the big Bucks from last year they call "Vincent" made it through the hunting season, his rack looks even wider this year.

 Have quite a few large ones, young and old. Great idea having a trough view camera.  Brings them in really close.

I tune in to the Brownsville channel at night, quite a few interesting behavior observations have been witnessed. I have heard deer vocalization on occasion but nothing like what I heard at Brownsville the other night when the Deer gathered to feed in large numbers. Sounded like a herd of sheep or goats, non stop bleating and grunting. Also so many Bucks have already shed their antlers, quite a bit earlier than last year. Also the pecking order hierarchy, those big guys just give a certain look and get their point across.

They sure do. Very few real battles at my place even with a pen of Twenty 3yr olds together. Just a look tells their story between them. But when two of them feel like it’s ..Go Time..it can get down right nasty.
