MrGroundhog
So yesterday I spoke to two different individuals and they mentioned that there will be a late goose season opening up soon in areas south of rt 5 and 20. I looked for info on this and called dec, but did not hear back from them. Does anyone know if this is true?

MrGroundhog
I was looking at that last night... And saw the dates listed on the map and then the feb. 5-10 season. So obviously there is the late season zones toward the south portion of the state, but I see nothing about 5 and 20 being the line? so were these individuals mis informed? jjb4900
if you look under area descriptions #'s 4 & 5, it makes mention of Route 20...not sure if that helps. Edited January 28, 2015 by jjb4900
Twax10
It gives a description of the WMU's that the South Zone consists of under the map. Then you can go on and look up the road boundary for the WMU you're refering too and make sure you're within the lines. Pain in the ass system. Probably doesn't matter though considering most of the state needs two feet of snow to melt before the birds head in anyways. I don't see it happening by March 10th.
