Looking at the pictures in the gallery maybe the woodwork says cabin but nothing else does.

Like the bathroom, all of it is very nice

They were called quonset huts at one time.

But those were more of a half pipe design, not a peaked roof type.

Variation on a theme, I suppose. They're pretty cool in concept, but a real pain to do work in, like kitchens and baths, etc. Like working in an upside-down boat. The good part is you can leave your level at home.
