haven't thought about it.  how are you working it out mathematically or know it's the third Saturday in November?  I mean it says 23 days following the third Saturday in November on the DEC site for future dates, that's the only reason I would know.

The third Saturday is Nov. 21 this year. Can't have a third Saturday be later than Nov. 21 unless they invent the 8th day of the week.

yea I get it.  I was thinking last year it was the second Saturday in Nov but it wasn't as the first fell on the first Saturday.  also it's occurred to me that it's probably always on the third Saturday in November.
