Curmudgeon
Sorry to distract you all from the political discussions but this is interesting - and apparently, legit. http://www.slate.com/blogs/wild_things/2015/03/03/weasel_on_a_woodpecker_photo_photographer_says_it_s_a_real_weaselpecker.html?wpsrc=sh_all_dt_fb_top
Lawdwaz
I like it and hope it isn't proven to be a phony.
wooly
Pretty cool- I saw this the other day and couldn't help but think how this guy probably wished he had one more shot at capturing this crazy sight in focus! Those once in a life time encounters happen so fast and only last a brief moment. They can really catch you by surprise and make you question your skills behind a camera when you miss an action shot like that. Neat series of some wild behavior he caught though! Curmudgeon
If weasels have a big enough brain he must have been thinking "what do I do now? Kill the bird and I die. Let go and I die. Hang on and see what happens?"
