yes, unless something has changed, you apply for the dmp when you buy your license................

Got an email back from DEC. Said they don't have a date yet

FYI, per NY DEC August 5th they will be available.

I pointed out on another thread like this, we used to have a 6 week lead time to purchase licenses when the license year started October1st, now that the license year starts September 1st we only have a 3 week lead time.

 

Something to think about if your going squirrel hunting and ordering your license on line.
