Landowner tag rejected

    I stopped by Davis Sports in Sloatsburg to pick up this year's hunting license the other day. I was rejected for my landowner 4O tag but got my 3M tag. The kid behind the counter said this is the first rejection he has seen this year for landowner. I called the DEC and was told that they will mail me my tag in a few weeks. DEC also said that they are having computer problems and over 600 landowners have been denied. Now I'm biting my finger nails hoping that it will show up in the mail.

 

My friend was denied his tag at the same store a couple of years ago, he called DEC and they sent him 2 landowner tags. Go figure

 

Has anyone else been denied their landowner tag this year?

Fitst year they used the new system all my tags where screwed up. The guy called the DEC and said they will mail all the correct tags. I felt the same as you hut they all came in time.

i got mine
