Yeah …pretty much..The 2nd amendment is too hard to beat so they will TRY their socialist little end arounds, which do nothing to address the millions of untraceable illegal guns, that are now in the hands of criminal scum and will NEVER BE SURRENDERED  OR FOUND. They will never address this fact or  the mental health problem. The government knows about the handguns that law abiding citizens have, because these citizens are law abiding and followed the laws. They do not know, and never will know, about the guns possessed by criminal scum who ignore laws… So go after who??

A federal appeals court on Monday upheld the core provisions of two gun control laws passed in New York and Connecticut after the 2012 mass murder at Sandy Hook Elementary School that banned possession of semiautomatic assault weapons.  The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York upheld the bans on semiautomatic weapons and large-capacity magazines.

Of course they did because they probably promised something for re-election. It's all crooked. Other states are looking better and better all the time. They need to remove that leach NYC from the rest of NYS everyone would be much happier.

Yup..Corrupt, self serving low life career politicians who are on the take, in  one way or the other. Its just that simple. They got something for their vote. The SAFE ACT was voted on and passed in 20 minutes…No way any of those totally corrupt self serving vermin , who voted for it, read the entire Law.  No way..

I just got word that they finally appealed the 7 round mag carry and you can legally now carry a full mag! NYSRPA had the details.
