Well now. This certainly points out that the people in the truck were provoking the authorities. Still doesn't show or make a legitimate view that Lavoy was reaching for a gun. I thought he was saying "Don't shoot me!" from most of the vids I watched and Papist posts. He was actually saying "Go ahead and shoot me, go ahead and shoot me!".

It still doesn't explain why they didn't 'box' him in, and it doesn't explain why they kept shooting at a vehicle instead of approaching to secure the vehicle and apprehend the people inside. No one was shooting back from the vehicle.

No matter how this is spin, someone f$$$$$ up!
