vipertech
I've done that very same thing once before using a 4-wheeler. The trick is to place a golf ball or something similar under the hide. Then tie a rope tightly around hide over the ball. Works pretty good. In my case, my wife drove the 4-wheeler slowly while I helped the hide along by making minor knife cuts as the hide peeled away.
