This is the wife of a co worker , they live I believe in Naples . That's him with the slice cut from his head and the likeness is spot on .

She's gotten requests from surgeons in other countries for some of these cakes . But it's not a business , just a hobbie , yet I feel some would pay big bucks .

And some put internal organs, blood and dead babies….either way,,not for me. She does have talent tho..
