We make soup out of the back, things, legs & wings.... Then make turkey salad out of the breast meat.... Poach the meat... Then with a for pull it apart like pulled pork.. then the wife adds Mayo and a bunch of other things... it comes out AMAZING!!!!

It does look good! Wild turkey is one of my favorite meats. Have some good recipes but since almost all I eat is game I'm always up for new recipes.

Saw a recipe in the NWTF book this month that looks great. Gonna try this weekend
