Is This Gun legal in NYS?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me if a Mossberg Blaze (NOT the AK version) .22LR with a 10-round magazine would be legal in NYS, Erie county to be specific. 

I purchased the gun in PA, but have to move back to NY.  The gun originally came with a 25 round magazine, which I assume a 25 round mag is illegal in NY, correct?  But if I order a 10 round mag and destroy the 25 round mag would the gun be legal to own in NYS? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Black one is legal.

Lose the 25 round mag and you're all good   You didn't add a flash hider or folding stock I presume ?

The rifle is legal, as long as the mag does not hold more than 10 rounds.

No different than a Ruger 10/22.  I think you should be fine if kept at 10 rounds mag.
