I'm not exactly sure what is going on with this guy

In this area I get typical looking racks but a lot of them are missing brow tines. Then I get a video of this guy. What in the world is going on here. There might be splitting brow tines and I think there is a tine dangling off of him too or maybe it is velvet hanging. Think maybe he got injured or something. What do you think?

My kids named him Wheat Hog for some reason.  I think he has buttons like a button buck but also antlers behind or something.  Either way goofy.

Does he have a deformed leg? I realize it probably just a odd angle but leg injurys often make odd racks
